How to prepare Chicken Veggie

Oven Preferred:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Place frozen nuggets/tenders in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake on middle rack for about 13 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Turn halfway.
  5. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving.

Microwave:

  1. Remove nuggets/tenders from packaging and spread evenly on a microwave safe plate.
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds, flip and then cook an additional 45 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving.
