  1. 1 bag of Broccoli and Sweet Potato Veggie Tots®
  2. 3-4 slices of bacon
  3. 3 cups broccoli
  4. 1 package of your favorite Mac N' Cheese
Instructions
  1. Prea-heat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Cook Mac N' Cheese according to the brands instructions.
  3. Cut your bacon and measure out broccoli.
  4. Add Mac N' Cheese and broccolio to a 9-inch backing dish and stir together
  5. Top with bacon and Broccoli and Sweet Potato Vegge Tots®. (Sprinkle with a little extra cheese if you'd like.)
  6. Back on the center rack for 20 minutes or until hot, bubbly, and your Veggie Tots® are crispy.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Farmwise Veggie Tots® Breakfast Tacos

  1. 1 package of Broccoli with Sweet Potato Veggie Tots®
  2. 8 White Corn Tortillas
  3. 8 Eggs
  4. 1 1/4 Cup of Cheddar Cheese
  5. 2 Avocados
  6. Cherry Tomatoes
  7. Sour Cream (for garnish)
  8. Salsa (for garnish)
  9. Chopped Cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place parchment paper on baking sheet.
  2. Arrange frozen Broccoli with Sweet Potato Tots in a single layer on baking sheet.
  3. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot.
  4. Wisk eggs and pour onto heated skillet.
  5. Add cheese and gently stir eggs with a spatula until set.
  6. Heat tortillas in a nonstick skillet.
  7. Layer heated tortilla with eggs, sliced avocado, sliced cherry tomatoes and Veggie Tots.
  8. Garnish with sour cream, cilantro, and salsa, if desired.

Vegan Carrot Dogs

  1. 8 carrots, the thicker the better
  2. 8 hot dog buns
  3. 1 cup soy sauce (tamari if you would like to be gluten-free)
  4. 2 tablespoons liquid smoke
  5. 2 tablespoons steak sauce (A1 Steak Sauce is vegan!)
  6. 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  7. 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  8. 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  9. 2 cups water
Instructions
  1. Peel and shape carrots into a hot dog shape
  2. Mix together liquid ingredients and garlic powder in a saucepan on low heat
  3. Add carrots and bring to a boil
  4. Reduce heat and let simmer for 8 minutes
  5. Remove from heat and let carrots sit in cooking liquid for 20-25 minutes
  6. Remove from liquid and place on paper towels to absorb extra liquid
  7. Serve with desired condiments and toppings and enjoy!

  1. 1 package Broccoli and Sweet Potato Veggie Tots
  2. 1 bag of frozen mixed veggies
  3. 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  4. 1/2 cup milk
  5. 1 lb ground beef
  6. 1 small yellow onion, minced
  7. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Dash of pepper
  8. Dash of salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Put the diced onion in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and sauté until browned and onions translucent.
  3. Pour the cooked meat and onions into pan. Mix together the soup, vegetables and milk and spread evenly over the top.
  4. Sprinkle on the cheddar cheese. Place the Veggie Tots on top of the mixture in straight lines.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes until Veggie Tots are golden brown and crisp.
  6. Let cool and enjoy.

Gluten-Free Crispy Chicken

  1. 1 lb boneless chicken tenderloins
  2. 4 cups gluten-free rice cereal
  3. 1 tbsp garlic powder
  4. ½ tsp ground pepper
  5. 1 egg
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix rice cereal, garlic powder, and ground pepper in a large plastic bag.
  3. Crush cereal pieces with your hands (or with a rolling pin).
  4. Blot chicken with a paper towel to remove moisture.
  5. Beat egg in a separate dish. Dip chicken tenderloins in the egg.
  6. Coat tenderloins with rice cereal mixture, and place on baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until crispy and fully cooked.

  1. 1 package Frozen Veggie Fries
  2. 1 lb ground beef
  3. 1 cup diced onion
  4. 1 cup diced bell pepper (red, yellow or green)
  5. 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  6. 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  7. 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
  8. 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  9. ½ tsp salt
  10. ½ tsp. cumin
  11. ¼ tsp. dried oregano leaves
  12. Topping suggestions: sliced scallions, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream
Instructions
  1. Cook and stir ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until evenly browned. Drain off any grease, and remove beef from skillet.
  2. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic to skillet. Cook and stir over medium heat for 3 - 4 minutes until softened.
  3. Return ground beef to skillet. Stir in chili powder, cumin, oregano and salt cook 1 minute. Stir in tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Bring chili to a boil and reduce heat to medium low. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. While chili is simmering, preheat oven 425° and prepare Veggie Fries according to package directions.
  5. Arrange baked Veggie Fries in bowls or on a platter, spoon chili onto Fries. If desired, top with sliced scallions, shredded cheddar cheese or sour cream.

Ingredients
  1. 500g diced beef
  2. 1 onion, finely chopped
  3. 1 medium-sized carrot, grated
  4. 1/2 zucchini, grated
  5. 1 tin diced tomatoes
  6. 1 tin tomato sauce
  7. 1 tin beans
  8. 1 chipotle pepper
  9. 1 tbs paprika
  10. 1 tbs cumin
  11. 2 tbs oregano leaves
  12. 1 pack Veggie Fries – Broccoli and potato
  13. Grated cheese (non-dairy if needed)
Instructions
  1. Combine the beans and chipotle pepper with about 1 cup water in a food processor and blend until desired texture.
  2. Add all other ingredients into slow cooker, as well as the bean mixture, and mix to combine.
  3. Cook in slow cooker for at least 4 hours.
  4. After 4 hours, check seasoning and add salt and/or pepper to desired taste.
  5. At the last 30 mins, preheat oven to 425F and bake Veggie Fries according to package directions.
  6. Serve over fries and top with grated cheese and/or sour cream as desired.

Ingredients
  1. 1 serving (85g) Carrots & Potatoes Veggie Fries
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 2 turkey sausage breakfast links, chopped
  4. Handful spinach (10g), chopped
  5. 1 tbs salsa
  6. 1 tortilla (gluten-free if needed)
Instructions
  1. Cook the Veggie Fries in a shallow frying pan with a small amount of oil, or use a non-stick frying pan
  2. Take the Veggie Fries out of the frying pan and chop into small cubes
  3. Add turkey sausage to the pan and stir-fry slightly until sausage has browned
  4. Add eggs to the sausages and scramble until most of the yolks have been cooked
  5. Add spinach and Veggie Fries and gently stir into egg mixture

Warm Veggie Fries Salad

  1. 1 package Veggie Fries – Kale and Tuscan Herbs
  2. 1 red pepper
  3. 4 bacon rashers, cut into small squares
  4. 1 tbs paprika
  5. 250g sour cream (dairy-free if necessary)
Instructions
  1. Cook the Veggie Fries according to the package directions and set aside. Once slightly cooled, cut into approximately 0.5” lengths.
  2. Heat bacon and pepper together until bacon is cooked and pepper is tender.
  3. Add paprika and stir for 1 minutes.
  4. Mix in sour cream, bring to boil and then remove from heat.
  5. Add the Veggie Fries and mix gently.

Veggie Tot Breakfast Pizza

  1. 1 Tbsp avocado oil (or oil of choice)
  2. 1 organic beef hot dog (cut into very small pieces)
  3. 15-18 Broccoli & Sweet Potato Veggie Tots
  4. 2 Eggs
  5. 1 cup fresh spinach
  6. Shredded cheddar (amount: follow your heart)
Instructions
  1. Turn oven on low broil setting.
  2. Add oil to frying pan and sauté hot dogs and frozen Veggie Tots over medium heat until dogs begin to brown and tots thaw and get soft.
  3. Once Veggie Tots are soft, smoosh them flat with a spatula.
  4. Spread dogs and flattened tots around to evenly cover the whole pan (this will be your crust). Cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  5. Whisk eggs and pour them over the “crust.”
  6. Place pan in the oven to continue cooking eggs under low broil for 2-3 minutes (or until eggs look cooked through).
  7. Take pan out of the oven, evenly spread spinach over the top, then sprinkle cheddar on top of spinach.
  8. Broil again on low until cheese has melted.
  9. Slide pizza onto a large plate, slice and enjoy!

Vegan Black Bean Sliders with Veggie Rings

  1. 2 cans of black beans
  2. 1 cup of oats
  3. 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  4. 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
  5. 1 jalapeño pepper, finely chopped
  6. Salt and pepper, to taste
  7. Olive oil
  8. 1 package of Veggie Rings
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Prepare Veggie Rings according to package directions.
  3. Place black beans in a bowl and mash with a fork.
  4. Mix in oats, garlic powder, yellow onion, and jalapeño pepper. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Form into patties, about 2-3 tablespoons per patty, by rolling mixture into a ball and then flattening slightly.
  6. Add olive oil to large pan over medium heat.
  7. Cook one side of patty until browned, about 5-7 minutes, and then carefully flip and cook until browned and cooked through.
  8. Remove patties and place on paper towel to drain and cool.
  9. Assemble the patties on vegan slider buns with lettuce and tomato.
  10. Top with a Veggie Ring and your favorite vegan sauce.

  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat (or preheat oven to 425°).
  2. Remove Veggie Tots from freezer and let rest for 10 minutes at room temperature to soften.
  3. Thread Veggie Tots, bell pepper, onion, and hot dogs onto skewers.
  4. Place a sheet of foil on grill place skewers on foil (or line a baking sheet with parchment paper).

  1. 1 package Frozen Veggie Rings
  2. 6 ounces breakfast sausage (casings removed), crumbled
  3. 1.2 cup diced fresh tomatoes
  4. 6 eggs
  5. 1 cup milk
  6. ½ tsp. salt
  7. 1/8 tsp pepper, optional
  8. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Prepare Veggie Rings according to package directions.
  3. Cook and stir sausage in a skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes, or until cooked through. Stir in tomatoes, then remove from heat.
  4. Whisk eggs, milk, salt & pepper in medium bowl.
  5. Grease 12 muffin cups. Place a baked Veggie Ring in bottom of each cup. Divide sausage mixture and cheese evenly among the 12 cups.
  6. Pour egg mixture into muffin cups, filling each one about 3/4 full. Top each cup with a baked Veggie Ring.
  7. Bake 15-18 minutes until egg mixture is firm and set.

Ranch Chicken & Veggie Fries Bake

  2. 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded ( about 8 ounces)
  3. ½ cup ranch dressing
  4. 3 scallions, sliced (about 1/3 cup)
  5. ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  7. 3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425° and prepare Veggie Fries according to package directions.
  2. Combine chicken, ranch dressing and scallions in a medium bowl and stir gently.
  3. Remove Veggie Fries from oven. Top Fries with chicken mixture, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and bacon.

For the main casserole
  1. 1 onion, finely diced
  2. 2 sticks celery, finely diced
  3. 2 cloves garlic
  4. 2 large carrots, finely diced
  5. 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
  6. 1lb ground turkey
  7. 1 tin tomato sauce
  8. 1 tin diced tomatoes
  9. 1 tbs basil leaves
  10. 1 tbs oregano leaves
  11. 1 tbs parsley leaves
  12. 1 cup frozen peas
  13. 1 cup spinach, chopped
For the topping
  1. 1 bag Veggie Fries – Kale and Tuscan herbs
  2. 1 tbs coconut oil or butter
  3. ½ cup all-purpose flour (gluten-free if necessary)
  4. 1 cup milk (dairy-free if necessary)
  5. Salt and pepper to season
  6. Paprika for decoration.
Instructions
  1. In a large frying pan, saute the onion, celery, garlic, carrots and bell pepper until the veggies have softened slightly.
  2. Add in the ground turkey and stir until brown.
  3. Add in the tomato sauce and tomatoes with the herbs and stir until cooked throughout.
  4. Add the frozen peas and spinach and fold until the spinach has just wilted.
  5. Preheat oven to 350F.
  6. In a separate, small saucepan, melt the butter or coconut oil.
  7. Slowly add the flour and mix well until all combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Pour the turkey mixture into an ovenproof baking dish.
  9. Line the Veggie Fries on top of the turkey mixture until completely covered.
  10. Drizzle the sauce on top of the Veggie Fries (will not need all of it) and sprinkle paprika for decoration.
  11. Bake for 30-35 mins or until the Veggie Fries are cooked through.
  12. Allow to sit for 5-10 mins before serving.

Honey-Glazed Veggie Fries

  1. 1 bag Veggie Fries – Carrot
  2. 6 tbs coconut oil or butter
  3. 3 tbs honey
  4. 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Combine honey, coconut oil/butter and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well. Melt if needed, either in a small saucepan or in the microwave.
  3. Toss frozen Veggie Fries into a medium sized bowl and pour sauce over all. Mix gently to ensure even coverage. Note that if coconut oil is used, this may solidify over the Fries, but this will easily melt when placed in the oven.
  4. Place coated Veggie Fries on a baking tray and bake for 16-20 mins.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before serving to obtain the ‘crunch’.

Brownie Veggie Fries Muffins

  1. ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips (dairy-free if necessary)
  2. 1 package Veggie Fries – Chickpea and Red Pepper
  3. 4 eggs
  4. ¾ cup maple syrup
  5. ½ tsp baking powder
  6. ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the Veggie Fries according to the package directions and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare muffin trays with liners and/or spray with cooking spray.
  3. In a small bowl, melt the chocolate in a microwave oven, approximately 1 ½ – 2 mins on medium power.
  4. In a blender or food processor, combine the Veggie Fries and eggs. Add maple syrup, baking powder and chocolate and process until smooth.
  5. Pour batter into prepared muffin tins and bake for 20 mins or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool on a wire rack and store in a sealed container for up to a week.
Notes
  1. This is a very cake-ish texture for a brownie, with a bit of an acquired taste due to the cayenne pepper. But it goes really well with chocolate buttercream frosting, whipped cream and/or ice cream (pictured with home-made dairy-free peanut butter chocolate chip ice cream).

Turkey-Veggie Fries’ Burger

  1. 1 serving (85g) Veggie Fries – Carrot
  2. 1 lb ground turkey
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1 tbs rosemary
  5. 1 tsp ground thyme
  6. 1 tsp ground sage
  7. Bread rolls (or Portobello mushroom) and hamburger toppings
Instructions
  1. Mix the turkey, egg and spices together in a bowl until a consistent texture is obtained. Divide into 4 equal parts and roll into balls. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Grill the burgers until cooked throughout (internal temperature greater than 160F).
  3. Cook the Veggie Fries according to the package directions and add to burgers with your favorite toppings.
